Good day,
I are seeking your assistance on the configuration for the Internal and External Music on Hold.
I have installed an external Music On Hold source and connected it on the MOH jack port of the CPU Blade.
I are using DT700 IP phones and the System software version is V7.00
I have done the following configurations.
1. CMD 64>01>1>11+EXE
2. CMD 480>00>1300+EXE
3. CMD 480>01>1300+EXE
4. CMD 480>02>1300+EXE
The challenge we have is when an external caller is put on hold, the callers hears external MOH
When an internal caller is put on hold, that person hears internal MOH and does not hear the external MOH.
The challenge is that the customer requires to hear the external MOH when an internal caller is put on hold.
Could there be a configuration that we might have missed.
Attached is my system backup.
Thanking you in advance.
Regards,
Cleophas
