I recently inherited a NEC SV8300 at a remote location. A few weeks ago they had a phone die and now they get no incoming phone calls. I need to get a different phone onsite setup with that line on it, or setup the same as that phone was. I know little to nothing of this system and would appriciate if someone could walk me through the process.

Are you using NAT or VPN? The phone sets up differetnly to each type of connection.
