SV8300 DHCP scope

I have an SV8300 with a mixture of DT700 Series and Dterm85 Series i phones.
I have a DHCP scope setup on the DHCP server that works for the DT700's, it however does not work for the Dterms.
Can both of these live together on the same DHCP scope?
How exactly do I need to set up the scope on the DHCP server?
