SV8300 cannot set call forwarding

Hello everybody
All of a sudden its not possible to set any call forwarding on one extension.
And its not possible to set forward to any destination - internal or external.
Its not possible by PcPro or by MOT mode. In MOT MOT you get DATA ERROR message and in PCPRO - Some data canot be applied.

No changes were made to this extension -CFA was workinh before.
Also I did try with disconnection/cconnection with PCPRO - sometimes it helped in similar situations.
What could be a problem?
 
Never use pc pro.... Always use web access. The database is corrupt.... when was the last time the cr2032 was changed... low voltage and a power failure can cause this issue... do you have a backup of the database?
 
This is the issue the extension number you are trying to set call forward on has set Call Back on that station. To clear press speaker or pick up handset and dial the call back cancel code, get confirmation tone. retest call forwarding feature.
 
This is exactly why i dislike nec...cumbersome pos...Cisco, ayaya, and mitel 1000x better systems.... they never had these issues..
25 years in pbx nec is my least favorite..
Neat features and will work great for a long time but it depends on who has been servicing it..
 
I have seen this as well and it is definitely that a callback is set to the extension.
 
From the phone run the message reminder search/cancel command - in CMD 200 look for or set a code for A146 then dial that code then 3 to cancel message reminder, when message reminder is set it prevents call forwarding from being set.
