SV8100 voicemail does'nt work anymore

Hi

One moment my voicemail was working fine, the other moment when you dial the code to open the voicemail service it gives a "nothing there" tone. I thought I maybe made some changes by accident but after uploading an older save still nothing. also recording isn't working any more. CF-card works fine. (I can up and download VRS files)
I have another CD-CP00 blade and switched them. With that blade voicemail works. You'd think problem solved! But: that blade has almost the same licences except... no #1012 VM Box users licence... :-(

What do you think, card broken? or is there something to fix?

Take that old original CPU, factory default it, then set up a basic system with VM. Possibly a corrupt dbase. If you didn't factory default it before uploading the back up, it could still be there. If it fails with a defaulted basic set up, then it might be a defective CPU. You probably can no longer get the licenses switched over or replaced.
