First post, great forum here. One of my clients has an SV8100 system with mostly dt700 series phones. One of the locations has 4 virtuals that need to be known by sound by the workers. We are using the ve ring tone setup 15-08 but the workers are finding that the ring patterns are still too similar. #1 and #3 are quite different but the others not so much. Is there a way to get completely different tones? Maybe someone has some tried and true patterns we could use instead? I think the phones have some capability to take ringtones but I don't know much about it yet. Would those work with virtuals? Any response would be helpful and appreciated. JR
