I have a NEC SV8100 with UM8000 voicemail.
I have checked the reports and there is no excessive storage of messages by users. I go down to the command prompt with SSH and run df -h and get this response :
Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on
/dev/hda1 7.1G 889M 6.2G 13% /
Seems like the linux subsystem is reporting plenty of room ...
But, when I run a manual backup, the log screen reports this :
Nov 03 07:46:36:229649742:T16125:ERR:BACKUP: There is not enough space on /opt/vmail/var/backup (required 4295014795)
Nov 03 07:46:36:243327738:T16125:ERR:BACKUP: The backup failed to complete (create_backup returned 2)
Not thinking it would help, I nevertheless pulled off all update downloads and backups with WinSCP and tried again; no change. The process is reporting a size of 4G when the linux command reports only 889M used !?
