I really don't know where this setting is at. I changed the name of a user in 15-01. They are also in a contact center group, so I changed the agent name in contact center admin. The problem I have currently is in the directory of UC desktop, it still shows the old old name. The Blf shows the right name, but not in the directory listing.
If anyone can point me in the right direction.
