I really don't know where this setting is at. I changed the name of a user in 15-01. They are also in a contact center group, so I changed the agent name in contact center admin. The problem I have currently is in the directory of UC desktop, it still shows the old old name. The Blf shows the right name, but not in the directory listing.
If anyone can point me in the right direction.
 
Have you tried disconnecting then reconnecting, or stop and start services?
 
I was going to suggest that to them. I was not there. I was assisting my phone. He has a lot of people on the uc client and fair number of call center agents. He didn't want to be very invasive during business hours. If it hasn't worked it self out by tomorrow, I am going to tell him to reset he blade.
I was just thinking I was missing a setting somewhere.
