I have a SV8100 with 40 SIP trunks configured. The SIP trunks are divided up into 4 groups of 10. Each group having there own DDI setup.
The problem i am experiencing is that sometimes you have to dial 3 to 4 times before getting connected. The carrier has assured me that there is no limitations on the number of concurrent calls. When running a wire-shark trace, the call that does not connect does not show up on the trace.

Are you using different SIP Profiles and or different Trunk Access Maps?
Another thing to look at may be the timers for outgoing calls - 21-01:02 and 2101:03 (Interdigit timers). Sometimes if they are too short, could cause outgoing call problems, even on some analogue lines. Default timers are 10 / 10.
