SV8100 - PRI - No caller ID

I have an SV8100 with a PRI installed. I cannot send or receive caller ID. I have my number programmed in 21-13, but it will still only send the main number. Am I missing anything here? Everything else is working great.
 
try checking 20-08-13 for your class of services.
 
Try checking with the line provider to see if CLIP/CLOP is enabled on the line
