We have one extension on our PRI that displays the blinking light on line 1, but it doesn't ring or show the number on the display. Where do you go to make this extension ring on all incoming calls?

I have 16-02 assigned the extension that isn't ringing to the same as others that do ring.

Okay, I added the extension to 22-04 and it's ringing now. I don't understand how the other phones ring, but they are not in 22-04, there are only 3 extensions in that group now, but many phones ring.

Incoming calls for PRI utilize the DID translation tables (22-11.) Check the destination that the main number is pointed to as it could be an extension, virtual extension or a group.

Check 22-02 first. If it is set to DID, then look at 22-11 for the translations. Scroll through all of the tables. It may be buried in a high table number for day/night routing. If 22-02 is set to normal, then it looks at 22-05 + 22-04.
