sv8100 page both internal and external

We have an sv8100 version 6 something. Is there anyway to page both Internal and External with 1 button on the phone? I currently can only separate it out with 2 buttons.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try dialing *1 (default) for internal + external paging. If that works then try to program it under a speed dial button.
