SV8100 Orphaned, need help

Hi Everyone,

I handle the computers and networking in our church and our phone system is on the blink. We have attached headlines that go into an SV8100 and then out to about 5 extensions. The company who installed the system is out of business. The problem we are having is some of the link e lights come on during an incoming call, but no phones ring. I have read several of the guides for the sv8100 but I can't determine its IP address to try to log in and see what is going on. Can I log in through a phone and have it display the IP? I need help getting in and then I'm sure I'll need help working g the actual problem after that. Thanks in advance!

If it was not changed, the default IP address is 192.168.0.10, however it is against policy on this web site to divulge log in and password information. If you have a programming manual it is listed there. You can log in through the phone. That procedure is also listed in the manuals. The IP address can be found in MB 10-09-12.
