Hi Everyone,
I handle the computers and networking in our church and our phone system is on the blink. We have attached headlines that go into an SV8100 and then out to about 5 extensions. The company who installed the system is out of business. The problem we are having is some of the link e lights come on during an incoming call, but no phones ring. I have read several of the guides for the sv8100 but I can't determine its IP address to try to log in and see what is going on. Can I log in through a phone and have it display the IP? I need help getting in and then I'm sure I'll need help working g the actual problem after that. Thanks in advance!
