Hello everyone,
One of our customers has an older SV8100 system which we installed a fair few years ago now, and they've just started having trouble using the speaker on one of their MLT handsets. They have hot keypad enabled and can usually dial straight off the keypad without going off-hook first but this has stopped working on this particular phone. I asked them to swap it over with another MLT handset of the same type to see if the fault followed the phone, assuming that it would do, but the fault stays with the extension and not the handset hardware. I've given the system a reboot but it made no difference.
Has anybody seen this happen before by any chance? As I'm writing this I'm wondering if they've accidentally dialled a service code and activated headset mode, something like that maybe. I'll investigate further.
Thanks all
