SV8100 issue

Hi have a client with an 8100. Just did some updates over the telephone with them as they are remote with no internet connection on the system. When finished a number of the telephones have the call forward info in the display ( fwd b/na )and we can't seem to clear it, tried 20 11 30 and it did not work.

Hi guys got this solved, for some reason those showing that in display were in another class of service put all extensions in same class all good.
