Wondering if someone can help me out with this weird intermittent fault. I've got an SV8100 system with an ISDN30x30 coming in on a PRI card. Sometimes someone will call in and there will be total silence. The phone will ring at the target extension but neither the operator or the caller can hear each other. Sometimes the caller will have to try 2 or 3 times before they can hear the operator at the extension.
I've also had reports of the same thing happening on outbound calls. I've had the line tested and BT are telling me that it's all fine.
Any thoughts greatly appreciated.
