Have it set up to use our internal Exchange server. It has a dedicated receive connector on the exchange server for the PBX's ip. It was working fine for months and I just realized today I haven't gotten an email notification in weeks.

I maintain the Exchange Server & our office IT stuff. I haven't modified anything and now I'm having trouble even testing it.

From the Exchange Server, I can't see in the logs that it is even connecting.

I set up an exchange acct on my iphone with the VM user login/pass and can get on and send mails with the same stuff I have in 47-18 Inmail SMTP setup.

I am just using webpro. Is there a way to test further?

What, if any, windows updates were done in that time frame?
The NEC cannot handle enhanced security. If that is on, turn it off.
You might consider removing recent updates.

Good idea, but I don't believe any updates have been applied. This is still Windows SBS 2008.

I don't believe it has been reset. I will try that this weekend.

Okay, I feel silly now, but resetting the SV8100 fixed it. [blush]

I don't know if this just happens periodically and I won't know it til somebody reports it? Is it a good idea to have a scheduled reset every so often?

I've been racking my brain if there's anything that I changed. On the SBS2008 box, which is the DNS server for our network, I did change where it gets its DNS from. Maybe that was it? Anyway, cheers!
