SV8100 Inmail "That mailbox does not exist" 1

I have an SV8100 system with inmail VM8000 card installed. programming has been done with the various groups etc as when I dial the inmail extension i am asked to enter the mailbox number. However, when I dial the mailbox number the prompt says "This mailbox does not exist". I have checked to make sure that the mailboxes have been enabled and set to personal etc in section 47-02. This actually happens by default anyway that a certain number is enabled. All was going fine until suddenly i tried to access a mailbox and the response was "This mailbox does not exist" System defaulted to no avail. Any suggestions please, thanks

A few notes,
Do you have enough licenses?
Newer software required a password to collect messages from the outside. If you attempted to gain access without a password you would get that message, "This mailbox does not exist".
On the SV9100 system, the mailboxes are assigned from 1 to 128, and the licenses are from 1 -128. EX: if you have 16 licenses with the first 14 assigned and another one assigned in 17, it would not work. Not sure if the newer software on the SV8100 does the same thing.
Group mailboxes do not follow this rule.

OK so are licences needed for the mailboxes. I understood it was just voicemail to email or extra ports that needed licence.

There are no licenses required for mailboxes. Only for options like VM to EM.

Yes so definitely not an issue with licence and mailboxes have definitely been assigned

I would factory default the InMail flash card using the InMail Utility program. Sounds like a corrupt card.

Was considering that too but can only find utility inmail for sl1100 sl2100 and not for sv8100 etc. Any ideas where I might get it. Cheers
