I have an SV8100 system with inmail card installed. programming has been done with the various groups etc as when I dial the inmail extension i am asked to enter the mailbox number. However, when I dial the mailbox number the prompt says "This mailbox does not exist". I have checked to make sure that the mailboxes have been enabled and set to personal etc in section 47-02. This actually happens by default anyway that a certain number is enabled. All was going fine until suddenly i tried to access a mailbox and the response was "This mailbox does not exist" System defaulted to no avail. Any suggestions please, thanks

Make sure in 47-02 the mailbox is set to personal. If you are accessing the mailbox from the outside, with the latest software you must have a password on the mailbox, or it says it does not exist.

Thanks belevedere. All mailboxes are set to personal and where needing remote access have a password. This just happened in the last few days as I called 717 which should link the extension with its associated mailbox. It's like inmail not recognising there are mailboxes are something as none of them work even to leave a message in when calling an extension

wasnt rebooted prior to the strange change, has been rebooted and reprogrammed since to no avail
