SV8100 InMail Announce only option for personal mailbox

Could some-one point me to where I can set a users mailbox to announce only (not giving the caller the option of leaving a message)?

Have you tried turning it off then on again!

I think you can set the maximum number of messages the box can to zero or set it up to hang up after greeting or route to another box etc.
