SV8100 External users dial through the switch...

Good afternoon,
We have a DID number into our 8100 that folks can call, enter a password, get a dial tone which they use dial clients. This masks their personal cell phones from those clients and only shows the main number at the facility. This stopped functioning during a recent reconfiguration to a new SIP provider, but I don't know what tech changed to cause this and they aren't responding to me. We thought it had to do with 14-01-24, but that's not checked. Any pointers would be very much appreciated. If they chime back in, I will post here with the troubleshooting steps.

Verify your new SIP trunk provider is allowing trunk to trunk connections. If it worked with your old provider, then it's most likely their issue.
 
Thank you belevedere. The provider has pointed to our configuration as the problem. A bunch of settings were changed by the tech, and so far, the settings provided do not seem to be the cause as they were just related to the SIP IPs and protocols.
