Morning
Have an SV8100 system that goes direct to Auto Attendant, which works fine. Currently calls to 0 and certain calls from the auto attendant go to the main operator, others to the second operator. They want these calls to go to the main operator and if busy/no answer go to the second and then to the shared General Mailbox. I have tried to use the dual/multi operator feature etc and haven't made it.

What might be the best way to do this?

Thanks much guys!

Have an awesome holiday!

The best way is to set up a virtual extension as the 0 destination. Place it on a button on both phones, assign one to ring immediately and the other to delay ring. Them assign a mialbox to the virtual, set it to CF B/NA to VM. Place a VM coverage key on both phones to retrieve messages.
15-07, (*3 + virtual extension, 77 + VE mailbox number)
15-09, set button to ring on both phones.
15-11, set button to delay ring on one phone, NOTE 15-09 must be done for delay ring to work.
