SV8100 Drops all phones (they go dark) flashing red lights on switch, red light on PRI swich

Hello all,

New here.

I have an NEC SV8100 (1 of 3 at my sites). For no reason, my switch will drop all the phones (they just shut off) then my switch will just blink red. I also notice my Adtran PRI modem will have a red light. The switch is accessible via web browser. I usually power cycle the switch and modem. This usually happens once a week.

Things I've done so far...

1. Update software on phone switches.
2. Upgraded copper PRI to Fiber PRI.
3. Replaced network cable to phone switch.
4. Replaced X/O cable from switch to PRI modem.

All the things I've done has improved the issue (it was once/twice a day to now once a week/2weeks).

I am actively looking into a new system. Also, this system is inhereted.
