SV8100 DND question

I have a couple of DIDs on a SV8100 that is not ringing the analog sets its programmed on. At first, I thought maybe the sets are in DND and had them try picking up the handset and dialing 7470 but they only get a busy signal when trying that. In 22-11 The received number is correct and the target number is set to the ext. When dialing that did number, shouldn't it ring that ext if the phone is not in DND?

Correct, however make sure the system is in day mode. 22-11 can be divided into day/night termination modes. If the incoming DID is in a table set for day and not in one for night, it may not ring to the designated extension.
Try assigning it to another extension to test the incoming number.
