SV8100 - Directory Dialing - Caller ID

Howdy all,

First post on here, but feeling hopeful as I have gotten many tips on this forum before.

I have tried reaching out to our vendors for weeks/months with no luck; just ignored, it seems. It could possibly be since they don't make any from us as all equipment has been paid off and the managers don't want to upgrade anything.

We are using an auto-attendant on our main line, and each user also has their own personal DID line. When calling the auto-attendant, the options are as follows:

"If you know your desired extension, please dial it now, if you do not know your party's extension, please dial 1 for the office directory."

When we get a call on the auto-attendant and the caller dials the extension, the caller ID shows the name and number BUT when someone calls the auto-attendant and selects 1 and chooses the name of the person via directory dialing, we do not see the caller ID of the person calling. It just says "Call From InMail 01"

Is it possible to add the Caller ID? Unfortunately, I am not a pro, this "task" was dumped on me with no direction or experience.
