SV8100 Department Group Call drop

Calls are routed via VRS to Department Group and then Secondary Department Group. When all extentions are logged out of the(secondary) department group the calls get dropped. I disabled the department group logout function key on 1 extention. If a call on this extention is put on hold while all other extentions are logged out then the call still get dropped.

Any solutions?
