SV8100 Default and Passwords

If we factory default an NEC SV8100 does that also default the passwords? Customer has lost passwords and of course NEC will no longer support the SV8100 without an SWA (which you can no longer get) to do a password reset.

Assuming that the default MFG. password no longer works, yes. A factory default will set everything back to the default and resident program.
Is there a PM/email I can communicate to off this forum?
