SV8100 CD-PRTA speech levels

Hello everybody
I have a questiions. We have E1 connection to PSTN and some SIP extensions.
Sometimes SIP users hear beeps during conversations.
I checked with Wireshark and found out that NEC sometimes generates DTMF payload in RTP.
I think that is due to high speech level.
Where I can decrease Tx gain in TDM-SIP extension path?
