I have two sites connected using a VPN and CCIS. Both systems were working just fine with the configuration as follows:
Site A (main site)
IPL64a 16 sip trunks
16 ccis channels
Site B (remote site)
IPL32a 0 sip trunks
16 ccis channels
We changed out site A (main site) voip card and replaced it with a IPL32B, so we could add IP phones offsite. Made the changes in 10-19, 10-40, 84-26, 14-05, to mirror the new change of 16 sip trunks and 12 ccis channels, leaving 4 dsp resources for IP sets.
Made the changes on the remote site in 10-3, 10-19, 10-40 to mirror the change to 12 CCIS channels.
Currently we cannot make outbound calls from site b. We can intercom between sites, and transfer inbound calls answered at site A to site B.
Any ideas? Do the Voip cards need to be both IPL32B?
