Sorry if anything I say sounds stupid, we have just deployed the NEC SV8100 and my "official" training from the vendor was a stack of books and the log in passwords for our system. Needles to say I am not up to full speed yet.
The current priority issue is that I am having difficult navigating a lot of phone systems we call that us the tones to navigate. The newest example is Medicare's billing system, we have to call it then navigate the automatted system and put in numbers as probpted. The Medicare system acts as iff we are not hitting anything. I have this with other companies we call to but not all.
Any ideas on what to look for, I am guessing this is just some setting error, I hope that is. Thanks for your time guys.
