SV8100 Call Forwarding to Cell/Mobile Number

Hi, I'd like to set up call forwarding to a cell/mobile number on an extension. The issue I have is the classroom phones have Toll Restrictions for outside calls. Is there a way that I can allow calls to a particular number?

Put the mobile number into a speed dial and forward to that (note, the system can be set to restrict speed dial use but try it first and if you can't get it to work, then get back to us).
