Customer has had to replace all their XP machines to become OS compliant. They have an SV8100. Looking for the software for PC Programming, Desktop Suite with Shared Service and ACD/MIS that is supported on a Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise SP1 machine. Looking for which software versions started supporting that version OS and also, if installing those versions which version is required for the SV8100 to be able to support them. Thanks.

The latest desktop suite was released in March 2015. Main CPU software v9.50 is required for Desktop v6.5.2.0 release. This also requires PCPro version 9. All are available on NTAC's web site.
NOTE: V3.6.0.0-v3.6 initial v3.6 release to support Windows 7 and 64 bit platforms.

I have used it on the IPK-II system. It takes some time to learn, so give yourself a good day on site with it before turning it over to the customer.
