Site has SV8100. Lines coming in are Centrex. Lines come in and are DIL to a Hunt Group (3999 – Group 3) with 4 Analog Single stations (3900-3903) in the group. These stations are connected to an AT&T Viper unit (911 stuff). So, calls ring in, are answered with a GUI on a PC. They can talk. If the caller requires a Translator, they double click on a Translator name in the GUI and the Viper system then calls out (on the same line the call came in on) and connects to the Translator. The person can talk to both parties by going back and forth, but cannot do a 3 way call (all 3 parties connected together at the same time) They “say” it was working but not sure when it stopped.

AT&T bypassed the SV8100 with a Telco Centrex line in to the Viper and made a call in. The call was answered and they were able to do a 3 way call. So, that tells us that the Centrex conference part is working. Then they connected a butt set to one of the analog stations before it hit the Viper and made a call in. They answered the call and when attempting a 3 way it would not work. They could switch back on forth but not connect them all together.

I am assuming that since the lines are Centrex and the 3 way is external over the same line it came in on that something in the SV8100 is stopping us from completing the 3 way. Possibly a trunk setting (COT Trunk cards) or a setting on the Single line stations.

Any ideas?
