SV8100 analogue phones: no CID and no putting on hold by flash

Hi there,

I have 2 issues with my analogue phones.

- There is no CID vissible on these phones. Not when there is a internal call and not when they receive a external call. When directly connected to the phoneline they work fine. So probably some wrong settings in the SV8100. Which settings am I forgetting?

- I can't put a call on hold on these analogue phones. Should be possible with the flash button but that doesn't work. Probably also settings but which one?

Look at MB 14-02-10, 15-03-09, 20-09-02
Try adjusting the hook flash timer, MB 81-01-14/15

CID problem still here 14-02-10 is on on all trunks, 15-03-09 is on on all analogue extensions, 20-09-02 is on at the right COS. Any other ideas?

Flash timer is fixed: I changed the flash settings on the phones, they were on 100ms, now on 120ms and now it works. Thanks for putting me in the right direction!

Try this...Option Available for FSK or DTMF Type for Single Line Telephone
An option (Program 15-03-11) is available for the Caller ID which allows you to select either FSK or
DTMF as the Caller ID type to be received by a single line telephone.
