sv8100 acd display

We have the nec sv8100 ACD MIS Suite. We have a 40" tv connected running the ACD Monitor/reports software. My question is, how do I make the ACD monitor boards bigger?

I've set the text size to large in ACD software. Is there anything else I can do outside of play with resolutions and doing a magnifying glass...? Its hard to read for anyone who is 20 feet or more away.

Were you able to find a solution? I'm dealing with the same problem of wanting to put monitor reports on a large screen. What did you end up doing?

I've been wondering if another solution might be to somehow create a ticker with the monitor reports on it. Can't figure that out either...

You may have to adjust the resolution options on the monitor to get it bigger. I had to do this with a CCWX on an 8300 ACD.

Outside of what belevedere said, ACD software has no other options that I could find.
