SV8100 - 47-13 to phone number 1

I am trying to set it up so when someone dials an option, it goes to an outside number.
Dial our number -> Option 1 -> outside number

I go to 47-13 and try entering the number but I cant use enough digits. So I am pretty sure I am missing steps.
How would I go about doing this?

Use a virtual extension. Find an unused VE in MB 11-04. In 24-09 set it to CF all to the cell phone number, include a 9 first. Set 47-13 to unscreened trf to the VE.

Build a virtual ext first in 11-04. In 14-01-13 make Trunk to trunk active on all Trunks. In 20-11-12 be sure call fwd off premise is checked in class of services. In 24-09 be sure virtual ext is set to call Fwd all to 9 XXX-XXX-XXXX (Depending on area use either 9 with LD, or 9 with 7 or 10 digit local). Optional, set 15-01 to be virtual named. Be sure to call virtual using ICM to verify out dial. Next In 47-13 set up as UTRF XXX (using virtual built in 11-04).

That should take care of your issue.
