We're having a rough time getting the DECT AP to boot. Their documentation indicates that the SV2100 is on one subnet and the IP cards on a different.

We've attempted several configurations including setting everything on the same subnet

Gateway - 192.168.0.1
SV2100 - 192.168.0.2
IP card - 192.168.0.3
Subnet mask 255.255.255.0

Product support is very sparse. The documentation we have isn't referencing the same software version that we have.

I've been brought in to get another set of eyes on the project and it's super confusing to me.
We're looking for direct assistance if possible.

Thank you,
Mark

We managed to get the AP to link up to the system and the handset is linked to the AP (we think).
However, the handset can't be called and the handset can't call out.

It appears that the IP portion isn't communicating with the TDM portion.

LOOK AT 84-26. You should only have one IP in the IP card section of the CPU section 10-XX. The other goes in 84-26.

I would suggest the following

10-12-01 - 172.16.0.10
10-12-02 - 255.255.0.0
10-12-03 - 192.168.0.1
10-12-09 - 192.168.0.3
10-12-10 - 255.255.255.0
84-26-01 - 192.168.0.4

Doing this setup means your VOIP and LAN cards aren't going to conflict, and your DSP Channels are also talking on the same subnet.

six of one, half a dozen of the other.

Having an IP in there allows you to connect to that port and bypass any potential network issues without disconnecting the system from the network and dropping SIP Trunks or IP handsets.

our tech working on this managed to get this handset to work.

Their documentation references different settings depending on the software version.

I'm not sure how they got it working, but they did.

Thanks for the help everyone.

Daniel, in a base 2100 you have just a single LAN port. Remember the 2100 has some built in VOIP capability.
