SV 9100 SiP Invite Problem

Dear All,

Can we change sip invite IP to domain name at NEC SV 9100?
Example
sip:+44xxx@1.2.3.4
To
sip:+44xxx@domain.name

Because if sip invite from SV 9100 (sip:+44xxx@1.2.3.4) send to SiP provider the status is 403 forbidden

Please help

You have to have your DNS servers setup in programming. Most people miss 90-11.

Domain we had input at 10-28 and 10-29, but SV 9100 send sip invite @1.2.3.4 (IP) not @domain.com
