Hi all. I am an admin for our NEC SV-9100 and our phone vendor has been quite unresponsive with programming issues.
We have a user whose extension is forwarded to another extension. Normally the indicator light (button on the phone console) would be flashing when an extension is forwarded. For this particular extension it is steady on instead of flashing. I checked what settings I could find in WebPro, but cannot find a module where this setting might be found. All other extensions flash normally when they are forwarded so this issue is isolated to the user's extension. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
