sv 8300 "No Voice call"

Station to station call works but transferring a call will display No Voice Call.
How would you shut this off?

Does the call go through as a voice call?
The end user may have dialed the code to change from ring to voice.
Look for an access code set for A163 to switch ring/voice.

I think you toggle between voice and tone, off hook, then #1, hit 1 again and it toggles.
