SV 8100 PVA to PMS

The PVA has basically one screen. The actual PVA programming part takes only a minute.
I found the needed docs on the NTAC site.
The PVA software and the App board software were both at the latest release as shipped from the factory. (no software upgrades needed) I put one in 3 weeks ago.
