Hey Guys ,
Currently , We are using avaya IP office 500 control units with avaya 5402 phones for our 6 sites which are inter connected.
We are going to establish 2 new sites with aprrox 2-3 users per site , just wanted to know a cost effective way of implementing VOIP for the New sites.

The requirement is that the new sites should also be interconnected to the existing sites , so do i have to use IP offcie 500 control units for the new sites or are there any other control units that i can use so establish interbranch connectivity.

if it is only 2 or 3 phones per site then it may be worth simply having a couple off remote IP extns registering to one of the main sites
otherwise an IP500 + combo card would be the minimum required.

A Maintenance contract is essential, not a Luxury.
Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear
