Since there is not a OES 7 forum yet, I guess this is the place to start asking questions.
I got my new OES Server stuff recently and am now experimenting with installs. I anticipate upgrading my NW 6.5 stuff in the next few months, but want to get comfortable with the environment. The good news is that I am reasonably proficient with Linux, the bad news is that I don't really care for Suse - I like the RedHat distro better.
I have an observation and a question. The observation is that the install went very well and very smooth. Once you guys and gals start messing with it, you should have no worries there. Where I made my big mistake was at the tail end of the installation, due to time constraints, I had to terminate the actual "OES" configuration (as opposed to the Linux stuff) and now I cannot get back to it. I have completed the YAST updates and want to move on to the OES stuff. Anyone had any experience with this yet and does anyone have an answer to my problem? Also, does anyone know of a reasonably concise install doc?
