SUSE Linux 9.1 Slow Internet Connection

Same hardware. Same IP Settings. Same ISP.

When Fedora Core 2 is loaded, the pages connect fast regardless of what browser is used.

When Suse 9.1 is loaded, the pages connect slowly regardless of what browser is used.

Has anyone ever fixed this issue successfully? If so, what is the fix?
