Suse and LiveEval

Hi everyone
I want to download the latest Suse ISOs from somewhere (if someone can give me a link to a public site or some "out in the sticks" FTP server I would be most thankful!!!) and I am not going to pay for it.

I was wondering if I could copy the contents of the LiveEval CD (that Suse give away for free) to my HDD. The question is whether it would boot or not, and then be able to save settings etc.

Need to satisfy my curiosity!

Did you try ftp.suse.com

I dont think it will boot off your hard drive.

There are several linux distros that will run from the cd DemoLinux will allow you to "anchor" to your hard drive with profile files.
