Suse 9.0 Apache startup

Somehow I have missed my Apache web server up. Whenever the server restarts I have to go in through the GUI interface and manually start Apache.

What is the command line syntax and where do I put it so apache starts up automatically?

I used to know this years ago, have darn forgot!

I am doing this remotley so I do not gui.

I'm not totally familiar with Suse, but it's going to be in the init scripts. Look in /etc/init.d and rc?.d

Depends on how you installed Apache. Look for /etc/init.d/apachectl or /etc/init.d/httpd. If either is there, try "chkconfig apachectl|httpd on". If they're not, you'll have to set it up manually. From a default source installation the apachectl file is in /usr/local/apache/bin.
