Hi everyone,

I've this problem : after some modifications with the runlevel editor (smbd & mnbd) the boot process hang on "Running /etc/init.d/boot.local". I've installed this linux box a couple of days ago, but on it I already have much filesystems exported in nfs on my network: this server is very important for the production.

p.s. I've no experience on linux, but I know other unix os.

Thx very much
Renato

I would say to boot using another filesystem ( you do have an emergency disk or anything, right? ) and go look in the RC directories exactly what the editors messed up.

OR boot in single user mode and go see what's wrong.
