SUS Sync retries on failure

Hi Guys,
I have got Windows Server 2003 with SUS installed.

Within the Syncronization schedule we select the number of retries to attempt on a scheduled syncronized failure to "0"
BUT, it does in fact keep retrying...

Does anyone have any ideas??

is this the first time you have performed a sync?

I have had similar issues in the past whihc required me to reinstall SUS and then it worked ok

I would look to upgrading to WUS at this point
