We are running into a problem where many, many clients show Detection - 6 items pending in the Sus log, but they are never downloaded and installed. We noticed this last week, but it looks like some have not had the last month patches installed either. I have tried stopping and starting the service on the client machine, but that didn't seem to do anything. I look in the registry and the AUState = 4...which is download in progress.
Does anyone know how I can get these fixed? I went directly to Microsofts website and did the updates and the SUS server recognized the next day that it had no updates to do anymore, but I can't do that on each machine.
