Hi ,

How can i tell that sms is downloading the mssecure.xml file still from the Web .Im not sure if it is downloading the file and that i have a correct and up to date file.

Do a search of your computer for the MSSECURE.CAB. Check the date of this file. If this file is old, then your computer is not downloading the security updates on a frequent schedule.
